Powder lessons

Niseko is famous for its bottomless powder, but skiing or riding in it is different from on the piste.  Our powder lessons will help you adjust your skiing and boarding form so you can enjoy all the epic snow that Japan has to offer.

Whether it’s your first time in the deep snow or you have years of practice, our experienced instructors will adjust the powder lesson according to your needs. You’ll be skiing deeper and more challenging terrain in no time!

Please note –  You need to be level 4 on the ability chart.  Also this is a lesson, not a tour, so it will focus on your technique and not involve any guiding.

Duration

There are 2 hour, 3 hour or 6 hour lessons are available. Starting time are 9am or 1pm. Other lesson times are available on request.

(Extra charge per person for 2 hours: ¥ 2 000 / 3 hours: ¥ 3 000 / 6 hours: ¥ 6 000)

Find Us

Your lesson will begin at FastFun.jp office and finish at a location of your choice anywhere on one of Niseko’s four resorts – Hanazono, Hirafu, Niseko Village or Annupuri.

Included with your lesson

A professional and certified ski instructor will take your lesson. We also include transportation from your accommodation (available on request)

Prerequisites

Our ski lessons are designed for any skier. You can check your ability level on the FastFun.jp  Ability Chart  to ensure we match an instructor to suit you.

We will ask you to sign the “Agreement for participation” and pay the full amount before the start of the lesson. The Terms and Conditions will be attached to your invoice.

Please provide your own lift pass and ski gear for the lesson.  Personal insurance is also excluded.

If you need to rent your ski gear and snow boarding gear we recommend the Larry Adler Rental Shop who are situated next to our office.
